sUMMARY
A one-week iOS Design Pilot Lab focused on teaching Police Athletic League (PAL) educators about app development and equipping them with the tools necessary to run similar labs for children in Detroit, MI. This pilot lab was a collaboration between Michigan State University, Apple Inc., and the Detroit PAL. My role focused on guiding participants in the visual and user experience design of their projects as well as educating on accessibility best practices.
